Let me try to be a little more clear. The SEC is in the process of changing the rules & requiring all OTC-BB co's to start reporting or be quoted in the pink sheets only. The OTC-bb & pink sheets are competing quotation services for OTC equity securities. Here is the link i couldn't remember earlier; otcbb.com otcbb.com This should help. JC
