An example of the perfect web site is here. kia.net You may have seen her in the Cool site of the year contest. I really like her introduction page(and plan to steal the idea on my next site, with her permission of course). A perfect website should be easily navigated with no dead ends. Frames is one way to accomplish that. Maggies nav bar up at the top is an excellent idea also.
