Why in ETTIE halted? Ecotyre was delisted from the small cap market by NASD last Friday, Oct. 2, 1998. The following reasons were given: "Bid price and market value of public float below min, delinquent in reqd filings & failure to comply w/independent directors & audit committee requirm." nasdaqnews.com The stock has apparently not been picked up by the OTC BB AFAIK - A search for EcoTyre at otcbb.com does not yield a symbol. It also apparently is not on the pink sheets per a search at the following site: stockguide.com Sorry the news isn't better. Good luck.
