Some people have a delay in email depending on which server they use.
If you are a member of T A P and did not get the email till then, you must have a delay. T A P had received an email from a member suggesting we do not release the email before bell as it would move the price up before open due to market orders, we thought this was a good idea and as it turned out there were other delays as well that prevented the anticipated pre-bell release. T A P is still considering the best way to release the picks so everyone will receive them about the same time. As for email delays the only sure way would be for members to have an AOL address, we would rather still release the selections well ahead of market open so people can do their own research and one of our members has told us he has found some discount brokerages that allow pre and after market trades which some members may want to consider.T A P will be sending our members the url for these brokerages.
