MMTI has a news release today announcing the development of a MRAM chip 10 to 12 times faster than current DRAM. It has achieved write and read access speeds of 5 nanoseconds and is non-volatile. If an agreement is reached with Allied Signal and the full NASDAQ listing accomplished MMTI stock should appreciate substantially.
