No, I am not counting on them beating earnings and agree with you on management not being stockholder friendly.
Doesn't MYL also have that poison pill where all stock holders get the option to buy 100 shares on hostile takeover? Then there is the new S&P, from $47 down to $29 but still gave it a 5 ranking.

Confusing enough for me not to stay in too long on any trade. Like you, I too am sure they will recover sooner or later.
