DGCT is not IDC.

DGCT was Digital Technologies (forgot old symbol) which went belly-up from bad management. Formerly had video-tape duplication facilities in FL, TX (?), and maybe Indiana. They were (about 3 years ago) a small, unexciting, but solid company churning out videos for a variety of customers, profitable. From what I read on the Yahoo boards at the time, somehow the CEO mismangaed the company, the CFO claimed he was surprised, profits fell, heads rolled, they tried a new venture (internet) with direct trading of stock between individuals, reverse split, and spiralled down the path of no return. I forgot about it and thought I had sold all my shares when the bad news started to hit. I must have punched in wrong numbers since I still have 120 shares left! What a hoot!! If they can hype it to 3/16 then I can sell and cover my commision and have enough leftover for a 6-pak of cheap beer! LOL
