We have thirty employees in our headquarters in San Jose California, and around 30 in our wholly owned Engineering and Design center in Bangalore India. Because we are a fabless semiconductor company we are free to focus on our areas of strength, digital display processing design and marketing, and we subcontract-out non-focus areas such as manufacturing and distribution. This means that we can maintain and grow the company as a small compact team, maintaining the start up spirit and enthusiasm all the way. We have a shallow management structure which provides wide-open access to all our senior management, and high levels of flexibility in cross-departmental involvement. Our management team is truly international representing the US, Asia, and Europe, with years of combined experience in growing international companies, and an open mind on creativity and risk-taking.
