I sent this e-mail after viewing the Viacom web site today and there was no mention of Mel Karmazin among the senior group. I've hated this merger and I don't trust Sumner at all.

Mr Redstone:

As a CBS shareholder, I'm appalled that the Viacom website was not IMMEDIATELY updated to include Mel Karmazin as a key executive of Viacom. He is the future whether you believe it or not!

Frankly, I was already considering dumping my VIA.B shares and your slight to the best CEO around in the media business hasn't inspired me to continue trusting you with my money.

You should also be aware that the symbol designation (VIA.B) is not properly handled by many sites offering stock quotes. It's a small point but it can hurt investor interest if they are unable to get timely quotes and information about Viacom.

With this former CBS shareholder at least, you are off to a roaring stop.

Sincerely,

Guy E. Fleming
