GWB wants a tax cut......Talk about a bribe! " Vote for me and I'll give you money"

Never mind that a tax cut is an economic stimulus at a time when the Fed is raising rates to cool the economy down.

Never mind that the economic cycle has not been repudiated and during the next recession tax collections will go down and we will need to borrow again.

Never mind that the surplus is not our money ! It belongs to the bond holders that we borrowed it from...Duhhh perhaps we should pay it back now that we have it to pay back........ya think?
