A very low volume pulse in the shares
today, up a dime briefly.

John Walker resigns from board of directors.

"prompted by his disagreement with the Board
over certain business planning tactics and in
particular the timing of and the role of the
Board in the strategic planning process and
the fact that although DPI has an independent
Lead Director, the position of Chairman of
the Board continues to be held by the CEO"

A little odd, interesting that the shares
were up slightly.
