Princess Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.
Definitive proxy statements will be mailed on May 15, 2001, to Sensory Science stockholders of record as of May 9, 2001. The proxy materials will provide instructions as to how Sensory Science shareholders may vote their shares in connection with the proposed merger.
