ACTR filed their 10k today, and broke - out big time IMO, in part, due to this, and also due to the fact that ACTR is on the list of stocks, being added to the Russell 3k index. Thought I'd cross post this here from the RB ACTR board, as I think this poster says a lot: ragingbull.lycos.com Below I show some of the most interesting part of the 10K. Note that EBITA exceeds interest by $66M, and bookings exceeded revenues by 20%. Other extraordinary costs associated with the mergers are largely history. So we can expect Profits to easily exceed .10 per share in the coming quarter announcement, without consideration for the fact that interest rates have dropped 20-30%. with the backlog and growth, this should be a 30 P/E company. If the secondary pays off the loans, then the market cap should be: $166M(EBITA) x 30(PE) - $800M(debt) = $4.8B This represents $21/share.
