Doug, I think the Sanofi deal was announced before March. Here is an April article that refers to the deal (my guess is around January for when the deal was announced - I'm not sure that I have the file on the announcement, but I'm fairly certain its a done deal and fairly broad). Most Biotechs sell additional stock when their share price tops 15-20. I haven't checked QLTIF's financials, but I suspect that the cash will be speed up programs and will benefit shareholders (and patients) long term. Henry N Fox Chapel
