Bill, some additional info for you.

My notes of my conversation with Steve Bajic were in the office and I was just reviewing them, he said they have made a 20F filing for Nasdaq for an anticipated listing in early 1997.

Also he feels the company will likely do 10-12 million in sales for this year, he did not say what he expected net income to be however the company was talking 10-12 million for 1997 and expected net income to be approx. 2 million so one may be able to infer that this years net income may approach 2 million. At 2 million in net income this gives the corp. earnings of $.15 Cdn per share and with a P.E. of .......
Who knows where this thing is heady but I am very optimistic.

There are many companies out there that have zipo for earnings and are trading at astronomical values, its nice to invest in a growth company that has earnings and a product that one can understand and identify with.

P.S. Gross revenue for 1997 is now being pegged at 12-15mm.
