Bacon eggs and grits. Grits is carbohydrates.

My recent theory is that as we age we need a greater proportion of protein because energy requirements go way down. Hence the desire for sugary things declines.

Maybe she eats lots of things with ascorbic acid too. Etc. Having longevity genes helps.

And maybe it hasn't really been all that much bacon. What we say we do and think we do are not always reality. And others misunderstand what we say
Or make up what we said to suit themselves.
