I'm sure it's because they're pouring all their profits back into the comnpany. They have an extremely aggressive expansion plan. They just announced on the news this morning that SBUX is planning an agressive expansion into asia. I think specifically it was hong kong, taiwan, and I can't remember the third, but they're opening stores almost everyday. Frankly I think the potential is MUCH MUCH higher in asia than in Europe. Just my opinion (apparently Howard thinks so too!....hehehe).
