Hi Caroline, you really got me going here. Do you own stock in Laserscope? Everything I listed was taken right out of the documentation LSCP mailed me concerning the buyout and the special shareholders meeting on 8/29/96 to approve. This is not a merger. It is a buyout and I think they are bitting off more than they can chew. Sales will really help. I agree with you about German management - but they ain't us. Not very flexibile - no offense meant just noting a perceived difference is style. Caroline, if you don't have a copy of this document, then call and get it. I'd xerox but it is over 100 pages. But if nothing else, I will send you mind if you promise to return. marshall Car
