Don't bet on Teleos helping Madge. Teleos has been a big money loser before Madge bought them. They were competing in the Inverse multiplexor business with Ascend before Ascend blew them away with Dialup Networking products. Teleos BTW had an early start in the Remote Access business in 92, but they bungled the whole thing. Teleos will just suckup resources.
