Howdy Gang!!
I spoke with Bill this evening, (his nickel.... :0) Kind of nice when the CEO calls as opposed to the other way around. It shows that he recognises the influence and power of the Internet and what online investors mean in assisting him in telling GRNO's story. Some of the things that we spoke of I still need to get a perspective from Spencer on how they plan to handle it. Not that I am playing "I have a secret", as this info is not necessarily of a proprietary nature from what I can tell, but if the angle is correct, it should alter the valuation scenario for the company in a quite positive manner. I certainly don't want to steal GRNO's thunder at this moment, but I would certainly advise everyone to continue staying tuned.
Bill said that they received 5-8 inches of rain in the Charleston area from Hurricane Fran, but that apart from his losing a few shingles on his house, they was relatively little damage. They hope to begin laying concrete foundation slabs for the storage tanks and processor on Wednesday if it has dried out sufficiently. He didn't make any promises, but he hopes that they will be able to make up any delay that was caused by the wrath of Mother Nature..... :0)
Personally, I think that the current price provides a nice base. Unless the market crashes all around, I have to feel strongly that GRNO is building strong support in the $2.25-2.50 range. I can't tell you that the price won't become cheaper, but my opinion is that we have more upside than downside pressure being displayed. Just look at Friday's volume... 69,000+. Someone is positioning in this stock. Remember that you can't gage the support of a stock by watching the buy vs.sell ticks. NASD associates can buy stock at the Bid price. If there is large volume at the bid price, it may mean that professionals are positioning themselves for more upside. At least this is how my buddy with Series 6 license explains it. He says that he is eligible to buy at the Bid and has been setting up his own account in order to do so. (I've always told him that Mutual Funds were for wimps..... :0)
If you haven't called Spencer and gotten read on the company's story, I would suggest that you hop to it pretty quick. #1-847-266-2055 or BFiore4054@aol.com.... This story has a lot more upside to go over the next several weeks to months, and no one can say when the train is leaving the station. |
