Ptrick;From what i understand it is usually easiar to take over a listed company than it is to go through the regulatory mumbo jumbo that is required to get one listed.Hope this is of some help.From what i make of what is happening Mr. Hunt is spreading out his holdings oil into an oil co,and other lands into an exploration co,I'am sure that this is quite legal providing all paperwork is filed with the respective exchanges.
