Tim,

You beat me to it.. I had that come in on the fax this morning and was going to post it later. It's a very informative article which brought up some very key points I was not aware of. Here is the excerpt from the article I'm referring to:

-------------------------------------
"That's a judgment call," Morgan said. "It's not a
high grade of material tested from those trenches.
We're digging here to get a complete geological
picture of the crater and will work our way south"
in a systematic effort to make a geological "map"
of the volcanic formation."

..."especially since one of the trenches was in an area
where few, if any, diamonds were expected."

"Nevertheless, sorting of that trench yielded a diamond
of greater than half a carat, along with six smaller ones.
The rest of the diamonds came from two trenches that were
considered a better bet but still not promising, dug in
volcanic ash thrown by the diamond-bearing volcanic pipe
itself onto the crater's fringes. The main crater itself
has not yet been tested."
-------------------------------------

This was why I was wanting the site map showing the location of the trenches in relation to the formation. I have been informed there is a full color map showing exactly this on it's way to me now... I will publish it on the web for all as soon as it gets here. After reading this article I called the company and it seems that the trenches with the most promise won't even begin until around the 3rd or 4th recovery process. I can't believe no one picked up on this sooner.
