Prem & All - I had floated this suggestion to HBL some time ago (no response) but didn't approach Cox directly. My own sense is that, as far as the SAC goes, we would get further by maintaining the initiative ourselves, rather than depending upon Cox to take time to log in here. IMO he has several fish to fry, and DACQ isn't the largest - he has his own outfit to run. Moreover, he appears to own no shares of DACQ, so a threat on our part to dump ours probably wouldn't carry much weight.

It seems to me that the primary benefit of a SAC would be to channel info to and from the company quickly and effectively, and to guide shareholder concerns into one unit that would deal more intimately with Cox and any other parties, and permit the reverse as well.

The key to getting things done is to get closer to these people, meet them when we can face-to-face, and to show in an organized and professional manner that we all share the same goal - seeing this company grow strong and consistently profitable. For our own parts, we also have to ensure that management refrains from taking action to the detriment of the smaller shareholders.

Mike.
