Dennis, I'm sorry I didn't see your post until today. I've bottomed fished AMTC before and I beleive you hard earned money is better spent elsewhere . That is until they are either taken over by someone who can make use of their technology or new management who can reduce the overhead and return the company to profitability. Someday this dead dog may come back to life but you may have to wait a long time.
