Look at the cash flow numbers. 2.5 million in cash flow is about 30 cents per share using a higher share count. Note that they had a problem with some of their wells in February and have now rectified the problem. This is a cheap stock. Insiders are buying and unfortunately management has chosen to do dumb private placements and that keeps the stock from moving up. However, at some point the private placement stock will get converted (if I should live so long)and the stock will move. It is unbelievable how many managements of micro-cap stocks get suckered into doing these floating convertible preferred private deals.
