Dale, it might be difficult to reconcile your government job with active participation in a product team that we are planning to spin off as a company. But it should be possible to hold some stock in the parent company in return for consulting work which involves communication and team facilitation structures. In fact it may be good to have someone who is not a participant in any of the product teams to help design and facilitate team structure.
