Consolidated Medical Management, Inc. Announces Open Negotiations With Cannon Senior Center Medical Clinic and New Appointment
LAS VEGAS, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- CMMI (OTC Bulletin Board: CMMI) is pleased to announce open negotiations with Cannon Senior Center Medical Clinic, and the appointment of Dr. Nawaz A. Qureshi, M.D. to its Board of Directors.
Practice Management Group of Nevada, under contract for acquisition by CMMI, is currently answering a request for proposal from the Las Vegas Housing Authority to provide a full-time, fully integrated medical and mental health system of care to indigent and dependent seniors at the Cannon Senior Center near downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. If awarded the contract, Practice Management Group of Nevada would administer the facility which will provide Geriatric medical care to the indigent, uninsured, under-insured, and difficult to serve (e.g., monolingual non-English speaking, hearing impaired, blind and physically disabled) senior citizens.
CMMI is also pleased to announce the appointment of Nawaz A. Qureshi, M.D. to its Board of Directors and as Medical Director for CMMI effectively immediately.
Dr. Qureshi is currently Medical Director for Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas and enjoys an excellent reputation in the medical community. Dr. Qureshi is also Medical Director for Nevada Resort Medical Services Ltd.
Dr. Qureshi holds memberships in American Medical Association, American Lung Association, American Board of Physician Executives, National Association of Medical Directors of Respiratory Care, and Life Member of American College of Chest Physicians.
