Flexion Systems Announces U.S. Distribution Agreement with Ingram Micro's
Converging Technologies Group

Services Now Offers Flexion's Converged Voice and Data Solutions
Flexion Systems today announced it has signed a distribution agreement with
Ingram Micro U.S. to deliver Flexion's business communication solutions to
convergence resellers and Service Providers in the United States through Ingram
Micro's Converging Technologies Group.

Ingram Micro's Converging Technologies Group will distribute Flexion's
BusinessGuardian family of products and services and become a one-stop supplier
for technology solution providers focused on offering converged voice and data
solutions to the small-to-medium-sized business (SMB) market.
With the addition of the Flexion managed communications solution, Ingram
Micro's Converging Technologies Group will strengthen its existing convergence
portfolio by offering an integrated voice and data solution for small
businesses, a segment not traditionally targeted by telephony providers. In
addition to an array of telephony products, the Converging Technologies Group
offers technology solution providers a dedicated sales and technical support
team to help identify and grow business opportunities by offering counsel on
computer telephony products, such as Flexion's BusinessGuardian X300.
