The US can credibly claim leadership in this area" The one difference between Canada and Americans is That Sir FREDRIK BANTING(insulin inventor) Never sold the patent for PROFIT! So that the world would benefit immediately (rich or poor). I should hope the U.S is in a leadership role! 260 million people!
