Re. VAX, except for McEwen, who owns 5.8m shares and 1.5m warrants, other insiders have minimal number of shares.. Two directors each own 200-250k but rest of them, not too many.. I suspect, collectively we own more then the rest of these folks..

Two of them sold some shares last few days, just over 100k.. exercising options in some case..

Of course, all of them still have lots of options.. I don't think any of this is meaningful until we hear about the drill results..
