There is also an obvious artificiality or two... in the distraction of pretending Dan is now the President of SRSR... but has no responsibility for anything ? "I'm just here to raise the money"... ?

LOL!!!

The Nevada company... is the parent company... and, as President, Dan controls that company and is responsible for everything that it does... as Dan fills every position that is accountable under Sarbanes-Oxley.

As a matter of law... DAN is the guy in charge... not Scott.

Obviously, the criticism of Dan is fully proper because, as the President of the Nevada company, he IS THE GUY WHO IS RESPONSIBLE NOW. If he doesn't understand that... his ignorance is no excuse for allowing himself to be made the bag-holder in chief for whatever he allows others to impose in a result by his failures.

"It's not my fault"... doesn't work... when you signed up to be the guy who's fault it is...

That doesn't create a situation in which Dan is the ONLY bad guy... and Scott is made to be the good guy... ???

Whatever the source of the dynamic that has generated what we see now... Dan is the problem he is now... only because he was PUT THERE to be that problem... and to be the guy who is responsible... by Scott... and by whoever else it is that is calling the shots, now... driving all the events in Ontario.

Obviously... there shouldn't be any deals done, that have SRSR giving away any value now held... before SRSR shareholders are given a chance to ELECT a new board of directors... for SRSR.
