Elroy or Anyone, Anybody have any insight on Yen T. Chang? His resume looks impressive if you like showing a lot of previous employers. I would ask why he hasn't settled in with a firm for an extended period of time. From my experience, showing a history of short engagements with firms does not normally bespeak well of an employee. Especially an engineering type. I sure would like to hear from someone who would care to challenge this notion, especially with prior knowledge of Mr. Chang. Thanks, Roger French
