Tracy scaled back many of his targets... in fact his whole neuro portfolio was essentially flat for the full year 1996. Almost all the action was in 1995 and the first 5 months of 96 (100%+). Now we are presumably at an equilibrium, and the neuro market seems appropriately valued to me. I think we can have a 30-40% year in neuroscience.
