Placer rights are all deposits from surface down to hardrock - or about 130 to 160 feet in this area. The gold deposits collect at the base of the mountain after many millennia of erosion, etc. Historically, a very nice place to find gold. Furthermore, this area is not part of the IWA agreement with MSQ. DD PS - Sorry for the previous post - I suppose I was pushing MSQ a bit. FYI, I own both, but am frustrated why MSQ always trails IWA. No MSQ IR dept IMHO.
