In my opinion Mr. Fischer is the one who is misunderstanding. Even Celera's CEO is now concerned about their ability to patent any value added procedures from their discoveries. His statement yesterday clearly said that their was no agreement between government and private sector regarding value added procedures based on Celera's sequencing work. This is huge uncertainty, and it has yet to be clarified. Cube
