Wait, wait, in my unconscious consciousness, I just had a spiritual revelation...or something....

A lot of banks and companies will end up with an equity position in CKFR. To be controlled by one or two institutions would be detrimental to acquiring mass support from the banks(MSFDC problem). Also, banks signing contracts with CKFR often put in exit clauses in case of a sale of the company (nobody wants to wake in the morning and find out their competitor is processing their sensitive material).
