Hi Bob,

I agree with you that we must be patient with OVIS. I am a shareholder
of OVIS and have followed the OVIS string on SI although I am not a
member and cannot post. I think the group has done an admirable job. I
am an attorney and a CPA and have followed the stock market for 15
years. I have had numerous discussions recently with Roland (President
of Olympus) and am confident that the company is headed in the right
direction. In addition to the letter of intent with Hardcore, I am told
that they are in discussions with another solid company which they will
pursue if Hardcore does not reach completion. I believe that the
decreased volume we have seen in the stock is positive. It is evidence
that the supply from which MMs and groups that have been shorting the
stock is drying up. As this continues, increased buying should result in
a short squeeze and dramatic price increases in the stock. There is
some confusion on SI about how the shorting game works. MMs do not hold
short positions. At the end of each day, their inventory generally must
be balanced. In other words, the MM must have an equal number of long
and short shares. However, this does not mean that the MM can't short
throughout the day and manipulate the price of the stock. There is no
doubt in my mind that this has been happening with OVIS. Although this
is clearly illegal, it happens every day and the SEC turns the other
way. I wish Gary Morgan luck with his efforts to complain to the SEC
but my guess is that it will fall on deaf ears. However, an organized
group CAN successfully defeat the market makers and shorts. It has
happened many times and I believe will happen with OVOS, if we are
patient and do not panic when they start playing their games with the
price. Ultimately, they will grow weary and will have to cover at our
price and move on to another one of the thousands of BB stocks which
does not have a real story like OVIS.

The one thing I am disappointed about with SI is the quality of the
posts. It would be in everyone's best interest if people would limit
their posts to useful information about OVIS. It is a waste of time for
everyone to read about someone's love life, vacation, etc.

If you are able to, you may post my e-mail on the OVIS string. Good
luck to everyone. Stay focused and strong.
