Unfortunately if you look at our current court system, those kind of people are exactly who serve on them. I don't know if you have ever been called up for jury duty, but the vast majority of thinking, professional, non-emotional, and stable people have jobs and families, and they will do just about anything to get off of jury duty. In addition, these are the kinds of people that, in a civil trial, the lawyers will do anything to get rid of. They want people that think Jerry Springer is real so that when they show pictures of little Tommy burned up in a GM side saddle pick up will go beserk and award 200 million dollars.

In a true fair system, jury's would be picked at random and, short of death, there would be no way to get out of it without serving some jail time. But thats not going to happen so I imagine we will see a similar situation with MSFT.

Sorry, the court system is a sore spot with me as it has little to do with justice anymore.
