An old Nazi down the road once explained his technique for cleaning the ditches around here. He said all you need is one guard and 20 guys from the jail. When I said with only one guard prisoners would run off or escape he quickly explained that you shoot dead a couple that remain and then pretty soon they police themselves. Of course he is not a real Nazi he only attended the best school for future elite officers and was 16 when the war ended but under the best Jesuit techniques of education he still remembered his early programming.
