Ed, I was eating in a Kosher resurant in New York, I saw the bossboy speaking good Yeddish!

I was surprised to see a Yeddish speaking Chinese. I ask the owner how this lad speaks such good Jewish. He said to quietly: be quiet, we hired him the day he got off the boad from China, we have been teaching Yeddish, but he thinks he is learning English! ha-ha-ha
