Hi Slim, Matt is right on. In Florida, there is a 4COP package liquor license. This license requires extensive ATF backround check. It enables the holder to sell beer, wine & liquor throughout the state.It is tranferrable, that is, existing licenses can be bought and sold privately at an agreed upon price. However new licenses are in such demand in Florida that a lott system is used. I think the price is between 80k-100k.
