No, you [as usual] stray from the original discussion about the U.S. "strong dollar policy" into the minutia of % moves... this is a constant personality pattern of yours... latch onto any portion of a discussion where you feel there might be a discrepancy in order that you can be involved in a debate which you feel you can make a superior point. I'll give you that a 50% move down [especially in the time frame I expect] would probably result in more than grumbling.. but the original discussion of U.S. dollar policy remains the same... without knowlegeable input by you, which comes as no surprise. :)
