Actually, Hellqat, one of the "naysayers" arguments was that the financial statements have not yet telegraphed exactly what Lev hinted they will when the big event is close. Such as an increase in burn rate or a buildup in inventory.

When and if that happens (possibly as soon as a month when the next quarterly report should appear), I will certainly acknowledge an increase in the as yet nonexistent inventory would certainly suggest they are creating that inventory for a purpose other than spending money. An increase in burn rate without an increase in inventory would be less convincing.

What is it with you guys? We argue that the financial statements do not confirm production is imminent, and that the financial situation is shaky and you guys say ignore these attorney disclaimer-ridden, dated documents. Lev says look to these very same documents for the very same hints we suggested you should be looking for and you say we will ignore our very own advice?

All I'm looking for is something in the official company communications, that provides some confirmation that FMK's sources have a clue about what they are talking about for a change. Lev now says he won't tell us outright, we have to look for hints. So far those hints are not there. Maybe they will be soon.
