Musya, I think you've completely missed the mark, as follows: I would expect a short covering to be followed by an uptick of the bid, WHY? This news release told those already onto the stock closely nothing new that they couldn't have figured out previously. . I did not see any leaks either, LOCUS was all over this BB for a long time. . but I am puzzled by the weak reaction from the market. After all, the company just said that it doubled its revenues and is at 100 mil mark, No it did not. Read it again particularly "The transaction, which is subject to financing, involves a combination of cash and stock". Then read ANY M&A story on the Big Board and compare. Until the fat lady signs there is a substantial discount to the end result. . When a market does not respond (adequatly) to a good news, I take it a not so good sign. I see the volume already up in just a few hours and the action seems to be buying (not selling on the news) since there was a bid up-tick. Frankly I am surprised we didn't see selling on the news... It must be, as you said, a lack of substantive leaks of what was coming. . Colin
