RE: Gov't buying Zip I don't know how other agencies work, but I'm a civilian working for the Navy. I've had a zip for about four months now and so does everyone else working on my test program. Lots of engineers are buying zips, and it doesn't take any special approval because of the low $ amounts. As far as mortgaging your house, though, let's not go overboard!
