Keith, I like companies that make money and although EGGS might be able to do that, the juice to the stock is the internet bidding action. This is just too easy for someone else to enter the market. Yahoo! joined up with OnSale and EBay and UBid are also major players which have entered after EGGS decided to go online with their strategy. Frankly there might not be enough "stuff" to sell to keep these stocks moving. ONSL recently adopted the format of also selling "at cost" (I guess they will make it up on volume). Shopping "bots" are also a problem. I'm avoiding this sector for now. Hint on internet stocks. If you want to trade, make sure the name you choose is routinely in the top 10 internet plays. Otherwise, you get shunted to the backwaters where earnings might actually matter. (I sold NETG for a small gain because it never got respect vs. DCLK). As for other AIMable stocks? I haven't looked at my list lately, but there are plenty of stocks to choose from. ADCT looks good long term. CPQ is revisiting the March-April slump. GALT isn't going anywhere for a bit, but when it does... VTSS, PMCS, AMCC, TXCC, ORB, DLGC. My latest purchase (as if that matters) is FVCX. biz.yahoo.com Remember some of the guidelines I loosely use are: 1. Good quality stocks with good earnings or prospects. 2. Volatility 3.
