Heres food for thought. Russia not paying is like throwing in the towel on 10 billion. Rumor is Credit Susse FB is into the russian market for 500mil. credit Susee FB also was a Xoma financier. If this is true they might be raising cash asap to cover. Just speculation on my part and not sure if factual or not.
