While I don't blame Obama for 100% of the 09 deficit, I do blame him for wasting a trillion dollars on so-called "stimulus", cash for clunkers, for driving up health care costs with Obamacare (which will cripple the country in multiple ways during future years), etc. His hard-headedness and unwilling to work with Republicans is just unforgivable in light of the difficult circumstances we find ourselves in.

A) it was not a trillion
B) one third of it was tax cuts with which you normally agree
c) another third was for extended unemployment and assistance for the job dispossessed...would a republican not have provided such assistance to people in trouble?
d) Obama care has NOT driven up costs...the reports all indicate that costs are slowing

You lose credibility when you exaggerate this way.

But the obstruction lies predominantly with Obama's leadership failure and Reid's intransigence.

McConnell's proclamation during the early days of Obama's presidency proves you wrong on this ...republicans were for things that became anathema once embraced by Obama...it has been a disgrace to watch frankly.

I am a big fan of obstruction, but the truth is the obstruction for the last four years has been essentialy the exclusive territory of the Democrats.

This is an alternate universe you live in...
