 MLB Industries Corporate Update

CALGARY, ALBERTA--At the request of the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX), the President and C.E.O., Mr. Charles (Sonny) Stone reports that, as previously reported, MLB as at December 31, 1999 is the beneficial owner of 3,000,000 Class 'A' common shares of Pixelplay Interactive Inc., a Calgary based software developer company. Pixelplay presently has 9,000,000 Class 'A' common shares issued and outstanding, therefore, MLB currently holds a one-third interest in Pixelplay.

The negotiations relating to the proposed acquisition of the remaining two-thirds interest or 6,000,000 common shares of Pixelplay, involves the approval of the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX). Management believes, all or part of this share acquisition could take place shortly after the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of MLB Industries Inc., scheduled to take place on April 27, 2000 at 10:00 am., at the Danish Canadian Club, 727 - 11 Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta.

At present, Pixelplay is concluding negotiations with certain high profile Video Game companies, such as Nintendo (Dalphin), Sony (PlayStation II) and Microsoft (X Box), together with forming strategic alliances with some of the largest software users and developers in North America.

Detailed information relating to these negotiations is currently unavailable due to a non-disclosure and confidential agreement entered into between Pixelplay and its future associates.
