Hi Roy -

Thanks for the post. Anyone that invests gets into trouble once in awhile and as the trouble grows it gets harder to act or move. It is like brain-lock that won't let you make a rational decision. The key is to 'adapt and overcome'. It isn't easy - but it sure beats the alternative (more suffering). Usually I am reluctant to say exactly when someone should buy or sell - that has to be their decision. But the principle is sound.

The principle is: Work the big moves - everything else is guessing.

You know Wall Street has many sayings, most are pretty funny - you need a sense of humor to trade stocks - one saying is 'If it can't continue, then it can't continue.'
It only hurts for a few minutes when you sell, and boy will you be happy when you do your taxes. But please don't get angry and decide that stocks are just gambling, it can be one of the most interesting and exciting aspect of your life, and it can be quite profitable besides. But no one makes money all the time - so we always need to have a plan and prepare for the worst while we hope for the best.
Right now, it will take some discipline and patience, but I think you already have these traits - it seems that you follow this thread very closely and you keep on top of all the news. So you are doing all the work - but not getting the benefit for it (just pain!) - that just isn't right, so don't let it continue. Why not step up to the plate and take a swing or two. No one bats a 1000 - but if you don't swing you'll never get off that plate!
Please look over my post to Arturi and if you have any detailed questions post them for me and I will be happy to respond to them. Maybe some of that option stuff was confusing. Call 1-800-OPTIONS for the CBOE, they have lots of free and/or cheap educational materials about how to use options. You can use options as insurance, which is important in a fragile stock like this one.
I wish you the very best - and will try to keep in touch. RH
